I am just a little behind in my reading



This is a picture of the books that I am currently reading or have not read yet. I am just a tad bit behind in my reading. I used to read all the time. Before I married Carl, I would stay up late and read before going to sleep. Sometimes, I would fall asleep with the book in my hands. Now, I have someone to talk to before going to sleep. I definitely prefer having Carl with me, but I need to find some time to get some reading done.

I wasnt sure where i could send a message. I just came accross your page and wanted to say i love the name of it. my last name is Froelich as well and i constantly joke around saying "Frolic-ing' Froelich." Your page is great.

Since my husband is working on a Saturday; since it's been a cloudy, rainy day; and since it's been almost two months since I have done a blog post. I am doing a GIVEAWAY! Carl is working on a Saturday evening for a co-worker, but he will have Labor Day off. That will be nice because Carl will be able to stay at our family reunion as long as he likes. What do you collect?

I am sure every person out there has some odd or crazy thing he or she collects. Especially when you travel...do you have a certain object you like to buy/find as a souvenir? Some collect those spoons with the location on the handle. Some like the shot glasses or keychains. Others may enjoy postcards or stamps. I am sure you can think of lots of things you could pick up when you are on vacation or visiting a new location. Me, I like to get these: For some crazy reason, I love to get these smashed pennies. They are usually pretty cheap, only 50 cents to a dollar each, and make a simple souvenir. I thought I had more of these, but maybe I gave some away. The ones here are from Texas, Arizona and Chicago. I look for these penny machines at all the tourist places. I think it's fun. May I also right here say that if you are traveling and come across one of these machines, think of me and get me one? If I may be so bold to ask for a souvenir... I would love to add to my collection!
