Friday Fill-ins

And...here we go!
1. Music relaxes me.

2. A kiss from my husband is what I like first thing in the morning.

3. The first thing I said this morning was: ugh! (I did not want to get up...)

4. Take-out from Texas Roadhouse; it's what's for dinner tonight. YUM!

5. It's all been a long, hot week

6. Taking a nap at my desk is what I feel like doing right now.

7. And as for the weekend, tonight I'm looking forward to relaxing at home, tomorrow my plans include going to the State Fair and Sunday, I want to have a good Junior Church turn out!

Candle Giveaway!

Since my husband is working on a Saturday; since it's been a cloudy, rainy day; and since it's been almost two months since I have done a blog post. I am doing a GIVEAWAY! Carl is working on a Saturday evening for a co-worker, but he will have Labor Day off. That will be nice because Carl will be able to stay at our family reunion as long as he likes. For the past few years, he has only been able to stay for an hour before heading into work. Instead of staying home by myself, Mom and I went shopping. We went to a consignment store called Off The Hanger, where I bought this pair of shoes for only $6:   Cute, huh?   We also went to Bath and Body Works. They were having a Labor Day Sale. The 3-wick candles are 2 for $20 this weekend. The mini candles are 2 for $5, and they also have lots of other things on sale. I love it when they have the candles on sale. I absolutely love the candles at Bath and Body Works!   I bought these two large candles.
