Pinterest Recipe - Crockpot Italian Chicken



Crockpot Italian Chicken:
4 chicken breasts, 1 packet Zesty Italian dressing seasoning, 1 8 oz. cream cheese (softened), 2 cans cream of chicken soup; Cook on low for 4 hours. If sauce is too thick, add a little milk. Serve over pasta.

We tried this a couple of weeks ago and really liked it. It is super easy, and tastes really good!

Hi! I was just wondering, is there any way to stretch out the time this can sit on low without drying out? I'd like to be able to start it before work, but four hours isn't long enough.

I think the longest I have cooked this was maybe 6 hours, but the chicken was pretty frozen. I forgot to transfer the chicken from the freezer to the fridge.

I have made this several times and have added cooked broccoli to it and also served with brown rice- is so good- and love that you can start it with frozen chicken breasts! I do like the look of the pasta with it though-
