Super Easy Cookies

I found this cookie idea as I was going through random blogs. It is so super easy. All you need for this are the following:

1. Ready to Bake cookies


2. Any flavor cake frosting



Bake the cookies as you normally would. After they have cooled, spread frosting on underside of one cookie and place another cookie on top of the frosting to make a sandwich cookie.

I made these Saturday night and took them to Grandma's on Sunday. I went home with an empty plate. They were very, very good!

Since my husband is working on a Saturday; since it's been a cloudy, rainy day; and since it's been almost two months since I have done a blog post. I am doing a GIVEAWAY!
