Christmas Program - Christmas Sunday


Here are some pics from our Children's Christmas Program. The title was "Love Came Down at Christmas." Sister Forsee, our Pastor's wife, was in charge of the program. It went very well.


We also had a musical program on Sunday evening. Glenda Russell was in charge of that program. Here are some pictures from that:

Glenda put together a small ensemble to sing "Ring Christmas Bells."

Also, Mike Pile sang a song, Naomi Greathouse sang a solo, Joya played a piece on her flute, and Don played a piece on his clarinet. It was good program. God's presence was very close during the service.

Hello Vanessa! My name is Holly Ogg and I live in Sebring, Florida. I read your blog pretty often but somehow missed this post. Wanda and Naomi Greathouse are my great aunts! My Grandmothers (Linda Schnell) sister-in-laws. I thought it was so awesome to see them on here! I didn't realize that you went to the same church that they do. Since my husband is working on a Saturday; since it's been a cloudy, rainy day; and since it's been almost two months since I have done a blog post. I am doing a GIVEAWAY! Carl is working on a Saturday evening for a co-worker, but he will have Labor Day off. That will be nice because Carl will be able to stay at our family reunion as long as he likes. For the past few years, he has only been able to stay for an hour before heading into work. Instead of staying home by myself, Mom and I went shopping. We went to a consignment store called Off The Hanger, where I bought this pair of shoes for only $6:   Cute, huh?   We also went to Bath and Body Works. They were having a Labor Day Sale. The 3-wick candles are 2 for $20 this weekend. The mini candles are 2 for $5, and they also have lots of other things on sale. I love it when they have the candles on sale. I absolutely love the candles at Bath and Body Works!   I bought these two large candles.

Pinterest Recipe - Crockpot Italian Chicken

If sauce is too thick, add a little milk. Serve over pasta. We tried this a couple of weeks ago and really liked it. It is super easy, and tastes really good!
