Vacation Day 3 -- Monday
Monday of our vacation, we toured the Cowboys Stadium in Arlington, which is about halfway between Fort Worth and Dallas.
The tour was pretty cool. We were able to see the personal suite of owner Jerry Jones. We visited a suite, walked around in the locker rooms of the cheerleaders and the players, and even got to go on the football field itself. The stadium is HUGE. A lot bigger than Lucas Oil Stadium.
After the tour of the stadium, we made our way into Dallas. We visited the Sixth Floor Museum, which is the location of the shooting which took the life of John F. Kennedy. The museum has a lot of history. You could stay there for quite a while, looking at pictures and reading everything.

After we were done at the museum, we headed back to Arlington to meet Amy at Mardel Christian Store to wait for Ted Dekker and Tosca Lee. Dekker is one of my favorite authors, and he just happened to be on a book tour while we were on vaaction. It was pretty awesome to meet both Ted Dekker and Tosca Lee. They were super nice.
