Happy Half Anniversary to Brittany and Sam!

Today is the half anniversary (six months) for my good friend Brittany and her husband, Sam. They got married 3 weeks before Carl and I, so we will be having our half anniversary soon. It was actually Brittany's mom, Terri that introduced Carl and I through an email. Brittany and Sam got engaged a few weeks before Carl and I met. Sam proposed to Brittany for her birthday, and Carl proposed to me for my birthday. Brittany is a very special friend to me. It was a privilege to be part of their special day. Brittany and I had a lot of fun being in each other's wedding. Here are some pictures from their wedding. It was a beautiful wedding. I had never been to an outdoor wedding before, and Brittany and Sam had an awesome ceremony and reception. They got married at the Valle Vista Golf Club in Greenwood.

Since my husband is working on a Saturday; since it's been a cloudy, rainy day; and since it's been almost two months since I have done a blog post. I am doing a GIVEAWAY! Carl is working on a Saturday evening for a co-worker, but he will have Labor Day off. That will be nice because Carl will be able to stay at our family reunion as long as he likes. The 3-wick candles are 2 for $20 this weekend. The mini candles are 2 for $5, and they also have lots of other things on sale. I love it when they have the candles on sale.
